Malaga is one of the major industrial suburbs within the City of Swan and is a designated Strategic Industrial Area for Western Australia.
Malaga is located 12 kilometres from the Perth CBD and has prime access to a number of major transport routes, including adjacent connections to Reid Highway, Tonkin Highway and Alexander Drive as well as being in close proximity to access the Mitchell Freeway. Malaga is just 15 minutes from the Kewdale interstate road/rail freight terminals and Perth's domestic and international airports.
Malaga is directly surrounded by the suburbs of Ballajura, Beechboro, Noranda, Mirrabooka and Alexander Heights contributing to the local employment and consumer base for business.
Significant development beginning in the early 1980's has placed Malaga as a clean mature industrial estate which contains a broad range of industrial activities.
