As a resident of Guildford, Ted strongly supports the village concept for the area and has represented the Guildford Ward since October 2009.

Although the saga of the Guildford Hotel continues, plans for regularising parking at the west end of the Guildford station have been approved and construction is scheduled to commence in 2013.”
