General Information
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time. Some classes have limited places, so while we recommend you arrive early, tickets will not be issued more than 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Clothing should not restrict movement, and enclosed shoes must be worn.
Please bring a small sweat towel and water bottle to all sessions. You may also wish to bring a larger towel to lay over the mat for classes involving floor work.

ABT
The ultimate abs blasting, butt toning and thigh sculpting experience! A traditional class working those harder to tone areas using resistance and cardiovascular moves.
HILO
Exactly what it says it is, a freestyle aerobics class that is a mixture of high and low impact. You choose the level you work at with high and low options available. Good for those who are looking for something a little challenging, within the realms of possibility!! All levels welcome.
STEP
Easily followed freestyle class that is also an excellent fat burner. Great for individuals at any level since modifications are offered throughout the class and step height can be varied. Step is fantastic for toning that wobbly butt!
