As the name suggests, these classes are designed to enhance your lifestyle and wellbeing.
We offer classes in yoga, which has proven extremely popular with people of all ages, and our new class Zumba. However, if you're of a more mature age, you might prefer to attend our Active Seniors classes.

General Information
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time. Some classes have limited places, so while we recommend you arrive early, tickets will not be issued more than 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Clothing should not restrict movement, and enclosed shoes must be worn.
Please bring a small sweat towel and water bottle to all sessions. You may also wish to bring a larger towel to lay over the mat for classes involving floor work.
