Our crèche is operated by qualified and caring staff, so you can have peace of mind while you're using the facilities.  Your children will enjoy our safe and fun environment while you benefit from a great workout or even a nice quiet and relaxing time in the spa or sauna.

Every School Holidays the Centre coordinates an accredited and licensed vacation care program for children aged 5 to 12 years.  Please contact the Centre for

Function and Activity Room

Swan Park Leisure Centre caters for a variety of functions including birthday parties, school fun days and community group events. The function room contains a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, cool room, microwave, food preparation area and outdoor BBQ courtyard.

The room is also suitable to be used for various multi-purpose activities.
 

Meetings and Seminars

Swan Park Leisure Centre has three rooms available for meetings and seminars of all sizes. Room hire includes: Tables, chairs, whiteboard and T.V./ Video. Tea/Coffee and catering are also available.

Our fully equipped gymnasium has a range of cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, X-trainers and stepper as well as machine weights and free weights. You can choose to pay casually or utilise our affordable memberships.

Our well equipped gymnasium is staffed by qualified health and fitness instructors who provide professional and personalised service and advice. We also have specifically designed programs for all the Active Seniors in our community. We also cater for the 15-17yrs olds with our Junior Gym memberships. Mums and Dads can work out while the crèche looks after their young children.

We recommend you bring a sweat towel, water bottle and wear enclosed shoes while working out in the gym.

Swan Park Leisure Centre is a heated Indoor complex which offers:

Our pool is also available for hire, and can be hired for Swimming Carnivals, Fun Days, Birthday Parties, Lane Space and more.  Our BBQ's are free of charge.  If you're a sporting or special needs group why not hold some training and recovery sessions here.

Kids Birthday Parties

Make your children's birthday party a memorable occasion. Our pool parties allow the kids to enjoy non-stop fun splashing around in our fantastic pool, including use of our giant inflatable or Tarzan rope swing.  Our party package includes a choice of food menus with party extras thrown in.

Clothing should not restrict movement, and enclosed shoes must be worn.

Please bring a small sweat towel and water bottle to all sessions. You may also wish to bring a larger towel to lay over the mat for classes involving floor work.

If you are new to either class, a fitness assessment and compulsory walkthrough must be completed prior to taking part.  Please contact us to book an assessment.

Safe and enjoyable water based exercise classes that ensures your muscle groups get the desired work out. Water reduces the impact placed on the joints and offers stability and buoyancy when exercising.

These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and men and women of all ages are welcome.

As the name suggests, these classes are designed to enhance your lifestyle and wellbeing.

We offer classes in yoga, which has proven extremely popular with people of all ages, and our new class Zumba.  However, if you're of a more mature age, you might prefer to attend our Active Seniors classes.

ASY - Active Seniors Yoga,  YB - Yoga Beginners,  YA - Yoga Advanced

Swan Park Leisure Centre hosts a range adult social sports competitions, including soccer, basketball and badminton.

All umpires and equipment for games are supplied by the centre.

If you are interested in playing a new sport we welcome nominations.

Come and try our spin class, this cycling class is a great and enjoyable way to improve your stamina and burn those calories.  You can join in this class even if you've never ridden a bike.

Our Swim School aims to caters for aquatic safety and skill development from six months of age to adults.

Our Swim School is a Royal Life Saving Society and Austswim endorsed Swim School. This means that you can feel totally confident that your child will receive the best in aquatic education, using contemporary teaching techniques to deliver a quality program.

Swimming Lessons are conducted seven days a week during school terms with morning and afternoon classes available, lessons are also conducted during school holidays Monday to Friday.
