Our Group Fitness program offers something for everyone. We have a range of classes ranging from Zumba to Les Mills BODYPUMP,
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT and Les Mills BODYBALANCE to Spin - freestyle cycling.
There is a class to suit your fitness requirements. See below for the timetable.
Clients can choose to pay casually or utilise our very affordable memberships.
General Information
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time. Some classes have limited places, so while we recommend you arrive early, tickets will not be issued more than 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Clothing should not restrict movement, and enclosed shoes must be worn.
Please bring a small sweat towel and water bottle to all sessions. You may also wish to bring a larger towel to lay over the mat for classes involving floor work.

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Les Mills BODY BALANCE™
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Les Mills BODY PUMP™
This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Spin
Le Tour de France in 45 minutes. A freestyle cycling class for those who want to put a spin on their training, or need that competitive edge. You'll never experience anything like it! The studio is something to behold. Designed for anyone, even if you've never ridden a bike!
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. It's FUN, it's DIFFERENT, its EASY and EFFECTIVE! Good for mind, body and soul.
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
