Q: Can I speak to the Project Officer?
A: As part of our commitment to probity and transparency, it's not possible to speak directly with the Project Officer during the tender process. If you have an enquiry, the Contracts and Procurement area can help.
Any information resulting from an enquiry that could assist other suppliers, will be circulated to all potential respondents.
Q: Can I request for a Tender to be emailed?
A: The City doesn't email Tender documents. Tender documents are available through our eTendering site at www.tenderlink.com/swancity.
Q: Can I find out who else has submitted for a particular Quotation or Tender?
A: Yes. The names of Tenderers are announced after the closing deadline for the Tender. All Tenderers and any member of the public can attend these announcements, which are held at the City of Swan Administration Centre, 2 Midland Square, Midland WA 6056.
