The City of Swan accepts and makes decisions on many different types of planning applications.
The following list identifies what types of applications we routinely receive and determine.
Additionally, the City of Swan frequently receieves Subdivision Application referrals from the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). The City's role is to provide comment and a recommendation to the WAPC on each Subdivision Application referral it receives. The City's referral response (along with other referral agency comments) is then used by the WAPC to inform its decision.
