The City of Swan has considered over 150 Structure Plan Applications over the years (Note - this includes Outline Development Plans [ODP] as well). A considerable number of these applications have been approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) and consequently form part of the City's planning rules for each respective structure plan location.
The City is committed to making WAPC approved Structure Plan documents readily accesible to the public by having electronic copies available on its website. Therefore, we're currently scanning all of our WAPC approved Structure Plans and once finished, they’ll be available to download from this page.
