Aqua Fitness Classes
Our Aqua Fitness classes are safe and enjoyable water-based classes, which offer you a balanced workout.
Water-based exercise ensures that all your muscles get a work out, it also reduces the impact on joints and offers stability and buoyancy throughout your workout.
Whether you want to tone up, improve flexibility and muscle strength, burn fat or you’re recovering from an injury, you’ll find a class to suit you. We even have a class for expectant mums. Classes are in either chest deep or deep water and you don’t need to book ahead.
Medium to high intensity class using high energy moves and aqua equipment (low options still available).
Water exercise for all ages and abilities. Designed to tone your whole body, encourage flexibility, fitness and well-being. Classes use the resistance and buoyancy of water to ensure you work hard! Held in chest deep, warm water.
Aqua Fit Deep Water
Completely impact free as you are suspended in deep water by a buoyancy belt. This class is perfect for injury recovery, fat loss, fitness and more. A solid 60 minute session conditioning and toning the full body. Work at your own pace - as hard or as light as you want.
Join us for a Zumba party like never before!!! This is definitely not your typical water workout! Shake, shimmy and sizzle in the water as we create some heat, Zumba® style. Tuesday night classes in chest deep pool, Thursday morning classes in the deep pool. Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into aqua fitness.
