We offer classes in yoga and pilates, which are popular with people of all ages. If you’re of a more mature age, you might prefer to attend our Active Seniors classes.

Yoga is a deeply effective exercise system, as it encourages these qualities in a completely gentle and non strenuous way. Problems such as tiredness, back pain, nausea, anxiety, headaches and common complaints of pregnancy may be eased by practicing yoga and often may disappear altogether. As you develop the ability to focus on your breathing through yoga, the mind becomes quieter, reducing anxiety and allowing you to feel more present in body, thus calmer emotionally and more peaceful within.
Advanced Yoga is for the high level experienced yoga enthusiast. The one and a half hour fun and sociable hatha yoga class with a qualified instructor will teach you advanced stretching, relaxation, breathing, meditation and toning techniques.
Beginners Yoga is a one and a half hour fun and sociable hatha yoga class with a qualified instructor that teaches you the basic and manageable stretching, relaxation, breathing, meditation and toning techniques and learning the foundations of good health.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. It's different, fun, easy, and effective.
