The City of Swan was awarded Metropolitan Regional Road Group (MRRG) road improvement grant funding to upgrade the existing intersections on Gnangara Road at both Egerton Drive and Henley Brook Avenue from single lane roundabouts to dual lane roundabouts.
This project continues on from the recently completed Gnangara Road and Henley Brook Avenue duplication works and will involve construction of additional carriageways and upgrading the existing roundabouts. Associated works, including stormwater drainage, kerbing, line marking and signage will also be completed.
Works commenced in October 2022 with expected completion by May 2023. Works may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather, contractors' availability and/or unforeseen conditions. Road closures will be required for some works and further information will be updated on the website closer to the closure dates.
