BE ACTIVE TOGETHER is for everyone.

All ages, backgrounds and abilities are welcome.

Be Active Together is a program designed to increase the physical activity levels of the Community and undertakes to provide:

  • Information on physical activity opportunities, their locations and key contacts in your community
  • Assistance in developing your own physical activity ideas
  • Organised events eg Bike in the Valley, Garden Walk & Seminar and come and try days.
  • Guest speakers to inform and motivate people to be more active
  • Walking trails and maps have been developed to encourage usage of local areas.
  • A free quarterly  newsletter.
