The City of Swan’s Community Safety & Places business unit is responsible for monitoring, policing and public education across the functional areas community safety and emergency management.  It is also responsible for Place Management.  The City has five Place Managers who coordinate the delivery of place priorities, identify evolving needs of the place and coordinate cross functional operational and project related issues.  Customer Advocates are located across various places to help support the delivery of services to places.

Customer Advocates are multi-skilled officers who undertake non-technical inspections across various functional areas as well as pro-active report maintenance issues within their places whilst also completing the traditional "Community Ranger" key duties and responsibilities.  Having our Customer Advocates based within the place enables the City to provide an enhanced level of service that is more relevant and timely for customers.

Customer Advocates will liaise with you regarding requests for service and ensure timely feedback on the progress of your request from initial contact until the work is satisfactorily completed.

Customer Advocates are available to assist you 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm.
