Accord Security 9278 9696 The City of Swan coordinates the 24hr Community Security patrols within The Vines and Ellenbrook. These patrols were established at the request of the residents in each area and is funded by the property developers and affected property owners through a charge levied with the property rates. To contact the community patrol services within Ellenbrook & The Vines, residents are encouraged to call Accord Security on 9278 9696 at any time. The community security patrols do not replace the WA Police Service, but provide the complimentary service of a 24-hour presence. Community security patrol officers do not have authority, at this point in time, to issue infringements. However, their witness evidence can be provided to the relevant authorities for action.
