The City of Swan invites all users of Ellenbrook Community Library (aged 14 years or older) and Customers who have attended the City of Swan Administration Centre in Midland to complete a short survey to help the City learn more about its customers’ experiences, needs and expectations.

The City of Swan has appointed CATALYSE®, an independent research company, to assist with this study. Your responses will remain private and confidential.

Completed surveys received by Friday 17 October 2008 will go into a draw to win a $50 gift voucher.
