You are responsible for safe food handling practices in your business and compliance with the Western Australian Food Act 2008 and the Food Safety Standards. To help you with this the City subscribes to a FREE food safety training program called I’m Alert. I'm Alert covers most areas of food safety and hygiene relating to food preparation and service. At the end of the training you can print out an acknowledgement form for your records.
