The City's administration offices, Place offices and libraries will close at 12pm on Thursday December 20, 2018 for the afternoon. The administration centre will then close for the festive season from Monday December 24 to Tuesday January 1, reopening on Wednesday January 2, 2019. Urgent assistance will be available during this time and bin collections will continue but days will change.
