This program will be restarting during the week of Monday February 15th. Please check in at the library using either the SafeWA app or the paper sign-in slips provided at the door. Face masks must be worn by all attendees aged 12+, and spaces are strictly limited based on availability.
Please note that this is an online program. You will be working with one of our Tech Help staff over video call.
Monday sessions run across Ballajura, Beechboro, Bullsbrook, and Midland Libraries. When booking your ticket, please ensure you select the correct time and library branch. We request that patrons who own headphones please bring them in for the session.
In accordance with social distancing requirements, tech support staff will provide support via Zoom, and customers will be setup at a designated Tech Support PC Stations in the Library branch.
These sessions are suitable for people who have a specific tech question they want answered or a specific problem they want help with.
Sessions can run for up to 45 minutes, and we will have staff in each branch to help you prepare for the session and ensure that social distancing is maintained and all equipment is regularly cleaned.
