Community and Business Perception Survey results

The City surveyed our community and local businesses in June to help us understand what services you think we are providing well, and what could be improved. The outcome is a few key areas for improvements. 

What is it

The Community and Business Perception Survey measures the level of satisfaction with the City’s performance against services and service delivery outlined in our Strategic Community Plan 2017-2027. This survey is generally undertaken annually. 779 residents and 184 businesses took part this year.

Results

Most areas improve compared to last year, however we will still aim higher, in particular in the areas of communication, consultation and business services.
