The Kaleidoscope Initiative mentor program has helped nearly 200 skilled migrants and refugees improve their employment potential by matching them with mentors from their industry or occupation. 

In the first six months of completing their mentoring relationship, 70 per cent of past mentees have secured jobs in their profession.

Expressions of interest for mentees is now open for the first cycle of 2022. Get answers to all your questions at one of the following online information sessions:

Applications will open in October and the program will runs from February until May 2022.
