Following the WA Government's announcement on Friday, July 9, the City of Swan has returned to pre-lockdown conditions for all services and facilities from Monday, July 12.
City's response to COVID-19
All City of Swan libraries and administration centres will be closed for the Queen's Birthday public holiday on Monday September 27, 2021. Urgent assistance is available on 9267 9267. Bins and bulk verge collections will be collected as normal.
The Cool Room in Ellenbrook is open to all young people aged 12 to 17 years of age. It operates Monday and Friday nights and aims to provide a safe space for young people from all walks of life and provide opportunities for young people to learn and grow.
During drop-in the youth centre is staffed by youth workers who facilitate activities and programs but are also able to provide support and referrals when needed.
Monday 5pm to 8pm and Friday 6pm to 9pm
As well as Monday and Friday drop-in there are also a range of programs and events that operate during school holidays and after school for ages 10 to 25. Past programs have included excursions to Adventure World and Outback Splash, barista and food handling training, art, music, dance workshops and sports programs.

After extensive renovations, Ballajura Public Library has now reopened.
Beechboro Public Library (formerly Altone Park Public Library) was opened in 1995 and is located within the Beechboro Community Hub.
Established in 2017, Bullsbrook Public Library is located in the Ethel Warren Bullsbrook Community Centre.
