Proposed use of existing house for the purpose of temporary accommodation during the construction of the new house including associated civil works - Lot 44 (No.33) John Street, HENLEY BROOK

The City has received a development application for a new single house at 33 John Street, Henley Brook. As part of the planning application approval is sought for the following:

  • Temporary use of the established house as 'Temporary Accommodation", by the owners of the lot whilst the new house is being built.
  • The new Single House being setback a minimum 11.6 metres from the eastern boundary, 14.46 metres from the street boundary (John Street) and setbacks in excess of 75 metres to the western and southern (rear) lot boundaries.
  • Site works with a maximum level of fill measure at 1.1 metres located at the front of the proposed dwelling.
