Design element 5.3.5 Vehicular access

Under the ‘deemed to comply provisions’ of the r-codes driveways shall be no wider than 6m at the street boundary and no greater than 9m for any one property.

The width of the proposed driveway addition and associated crossover varies the deemed to comply provisions of the r-codes as it is proposed to be 10.36m in total width.
