This application seeks approval for a single storey child care premises that will provide care and early learning services for up to 104 children, with 18 staff.

The proposed childcare development comprises the following elements:

  • 2 x baby rooms, nappy change, cot room and bottle preparation rooms
  • Laundry
  • Staff and children's kitchens
  • Children's and staff toilets
  • Staff room
  • Admin and manager room
  • Parent's lounge
  • Store rooms
  • Outdoor play area of 1,221m2
  • The car park accommodates a total of 29 car parking bays
