Proposed Third Party Signage - Lot 42 (No.34) Apple Street Upper Swan
The City has received a planning application for proposed third party signage at Lot 42 (No. 34) Apple Street Upper Swan Upper Swan. The proposed pylon signage is double sided and will advertise the Clementine Estate as well as as serving as a directional sign for visitors to the Clementine Estate. The sign will be located at a right angle to Apple Street, is proposed to be set back 2m from the front lot boundary of the subject lot and has the following dimensions:
- 2m clearance from the ground level
- A 5m x 3m double sided sign supported by 2 steel posts and associated footings
The applicant has advised that they would like to see the signage remain on the subject land for the term of the land release or until the the last 5 remaining lots. Comment is sought from affected adjoining landowners regarding the suitability of the proposed third party signage in context with the surrounding area and the size and scale of the proposed signage.
