Proposed Third Party Signage (Land Sales - Clementine Estate) - Lot 43 (No.1491) Great Northern Highway, UPPER SWAN
The proposed pylon signage is single sided and will advertise the Clementine Estate along with serving as a directional sign for visitors to the Clementine Estate. The sign will be located at the intersection of Apple Street and Great Northern Highway and has the following dimensions:
- 7m in total height,
- 2m clearance from the ground level, and
- A 5m x 3m sign supported by 2 steel posts and associated footing.
The applicant has advised that they would like to see the signage remain on the subject land for the term of the land release or until the last 5 remaining lots.
Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comment is sought from affected adjoining landowners regarding the suitability of the proposed third party signage in context with the surrounding area and the size and scale of the proposed signage.
