Proposed single house and ancillary building located outside of the approved building envelope - Lot 28 (No.57) Reserve Road, GIDGEGANNUP 

The City has received an application for a proposed single house and ancillary dwelling at Lot 28 (No.57) Reserve Road, GIDGEGANNUP at which will be located outside of the existing approved building envelope on the subject site. The single house and ancillary dwelling will be located under the same roof and will be separated by a multi-purpose area.
 
The existing approved building envelope is set back a distance of 44m from the side lot boundary abutting Lot 29 (No.43) Reserve Road, GIDGEGANNUP. The proposed single house and ancillary dwelling located outside of the building envelope will be set back a distance of 42.5m to the side lot boundary abutting Lot 29 (No.43) Reserve Road, GIDGEGANNUP.
 
As the location of the single house and ancillary dwelling is closer to Lot 29 (No.43) Reserve Road, GIDGEGANNUP than that of the existing building envelope, it has been advertised to the adjoining landowner for comment.
