Proposed Overwidth Driveway - Lot 11609 (No.17) Coniston Drive, ELLENBROOK

The application proposes variations to the 'deemed-to comply' requirements of the Residential Design Codes WA which are as follows:
  • Cl. 5.3.4 - driveway is proposed to be 7.854m wide at the street boundary in lieu of 6m.
  • Cl. 5.3.2 - 52.94% of the street setback area is to have impervious surfaces (e.g. be paved or concreted) in lieu of 50%.
