Amendment 1 to the Brabham District Centre Precinct Structure Plan (4 lots) - Lots 2 & 3 Marvel Entrance, part of Lot 9069 Woollcott Avenue & Lot 2107 Everglades Avenue, BRABHAM (SWAN-SP/2017/4/A)

The proposed Structure Plan seeks to amend the Brabham Activity Centre Structure Plan by doing the following:

  • Reducing the geographic size of the Shopping Centre Precinct
  • Facilitate an equivalent District Centre with a smaller footprint. This will necessitate a multi-level outcome which is different to the single-level District Centre previously envisaged.
  • Land previously designated as the 'Shopping Centre Precinct' will be reclassified as a 'Residential Precinct' and coded R60 - R80.
  • Removal of the 'Indicative District Community Centre Site' to provide more flexibility in its location.
