PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE BULLSBROOK CENTRAL STRUCTURE PLAN - TO GENERALLY ADD LAND REZONED BY APPROVED MRS AMENDMENT NO.1385/27 - VARIOUS LOTS IN BULLSBROOK - SWAN-SP/2017/5/A

The City has received an application to amend the Bullsbrook Central Structure Plan (Feb 2019), the amended Local Structure Plan (Structure Plan) prepared to guide the subdivision and development of Lots 1-6 & 1354 Great Northern Highway, Lots 2, 7-10, 900, 901, 1314 & 1396 Chittering Road, Lots 1165, 834, 433 and part Lot 1343 Hurd Road and portion Lots 2792 & 1288 Taylor Road, Bullsbrook. 

Proposed Amendment No.1 to the Bullsbrook Central Structure Plan is to generally:

  • To align with MRS Amendment No.1385/27 which relates to land to the west previously zoned 'Urban Deferred', now excluded from the 'Urban Deferred' zone and included in the 'Urban' zone;
  • Removal of extractive industry buffer;
  • Excluded land to the south previously shown as R40-R60;
  • Remove 'R40' from the south side of the recreation reserve to the north;
  • Include land to the west annotated as R5-R30 and R10-R30; and
  • Amend R20-R50 to R20-R40
