Beechboro Community Hub refurbishment complete

Beechboro Community Hub exteriorPreviously known as Altone Community Hub, the new Beechboro Community Hub includes the library, Swan Active, Your Café and Place office.

City of Swan Mayor David Lucas said the changes will improve the user experience and provide important services and support for the local community.

"We value what we do and the people we do it for, and these improvements will help us deliver stronger services for our community," he said.

The Beechboro Community Hub is located at 332 Benara Road, Beechboro.

Wayward trolleys – report and win!

A good deed for the environment has earned one lucky Beechboro resident $1,000 from Trolley Tracker™.

As a delivery driver, Peter has plenty of opportunities to spot lost trolleys on his daily rounds. Peter took the initiative to log on to the Trolley Tracker online portal, available for concerned citizens to report wayward trolleys. Trolley Tracker coordinates the retrieval and return of abandoned trolleys through collection teams around the country. If you see an abandoned trolley, you too could be rewarded with $1,000!
