The City of Swan Prohibited Burning Period starts December 1.
You are not permitted to burn without a Burning Permit during this period. You may obtain a Burning Permit from your local Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade or from the City of Swan website. Please follow this link Burn Permit Information for information how to apply.
Note that Fire Control Officers are not obligated to issue permits to burn and may provide advice on alternatives to burning.
