Tai Chi for Seniors (Ellenbrook)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a form of low impact and graceful exercise.

It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

All ages and abilities are welcome! This is part of the Over 50s program.
