Need help keeping up with technology?
One-on-one Tech Help sessions
Come in to your local library and book a one-on-one session with our in-library tech support staff to get help with any of your technology needs.
In accordance with social distancing requirements, tech support staff will provide support via Zoom, and customers will be setup at a designated Tech Support Station in the Library branch.
Sessions can run for up to 45 minutes, and we will have staff in each branch to help you prepare for the session and ensure that social distancing is maintained and all equipment is regularly cleaned.
Please note each library will have set computer times, so please check the correct library when booking in.
