Come in to your local library for a one-on-one session, online session with our tech support staff to get help with any of your technology needs. When booking your ticket, please ensure you select the correct time and library branch.
In accordance with social distancing requirements, tech support staff will provide support via Zoom, and customers will be setup at a designated Tech Support station in the library branch.
Sessions can run for up to 45 minutes, and we will have staff in each branch to help you prepare for the session and ensure that social distancing is maintained and all equipment is regularly cleaned.
