The City of Swan Community and Business Perception Scorecard is now open until March 17.
The City has a vast range of quality services, facilities and events that we regularly seek feedback on from our residents and businesses to find out where we are meeting the needs of our community.
Comments, experiences and feedback provide valuable insight into what we get right, and where we can make improvements.
The City has initiated change based on feedback provided in previous scorecards, including reintroducing local newsletters, improving our consultation methods, initiating quarterly Place Meetings between Councillors, staff and communities, rolling out additional staff training to better serve our customers, and more.
In order to get comprehensive feedback, two separate scorecards have been made available:
- Community scorecard
- Business scorecard
Catalyse is running this scorecard on the City’s behalf and all data will remain secure and confidential.
