The Lloyd Street extension project will extend Lloyd Street over the Helena River to link Midland with the industrial areas of Hazelmere.
It will also connect with the Abernethy Road and Great Eastern Highway Bypass interchange, and includes the construction of a new bridge over the Helena River.
