An introduction to medicinal mushrooms

Simon Kurieta is a mushroom cultivator and educator who runs MycoCasa, a local urban mushroom farm based in the Perth Hills.

In this session, he will introduce us to the incredible world of medicinal mushrooms and discuss some of the most important medicinal mushrooms, their health benefits and how to use them.
