Setting up a home studio

Event description

In this program you’ll learn about what hardware you need to start recording instruments and other found sounds, and how to make it sound great. In this program we’ll be primarily using Ableton Lite and a range of budget-friendly microphones and hardware to record and process audio.

We’ll supply laptops, audio interfaces and microphones - but feel free to bring your own devices with Ableton installed, and/or instruments.

Please note that this program is suitable for ages 15+, and is a hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
