Join us for a 2.5-hour hands-on cooking session where you’ll learn how to use seasonal produce to save money and create a variety of delectable healthy delights for lunch. Learn delicious, budget-friendly recipes to enjoy with a cultural flair.This session is led by qualified nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA(open in new window) . Nicole will share tips on how starting small can help you cut food costs while still eating well.

Participant requirements:
- Wear enclosed shoes
- Long hair tied back
- Bring your reading glasses if needed
- Bring a container to take your food creations home with you.
