Bushmead
Bushmead, set on a former rifle range, is a 600-lot estate surrounded by 185 hectares of natural bushland. Located 16km from Perth’s CBD, 5-10 minutes from Midland, and nearby to the Swan Valley, Bushmead is conveniently close to many surrounding amenities.
The development at Bushmead has an environmentally sustainable focus and is designed to conserve the surrounding flora and fauna. It is one of a few developments in Western Australia to have been certified under all six areas of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) EnviroDevelopment program.
Two-thirds of Bushmead will be preserved as a conservation site, protecting and enhancing the surrounding natural environment. Bushmead residents are part of a sustainable community, with each home designed to reduce energy and water use.
Over 2000 residents are expected to reside in Bushmead in the next ten years.
