The City of Swan will hold its Annual Electors Meeting (AEM) on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 6pm ending no later than 9pm, at the newly completed Ellenbrook Community Centre.
The meeting provides City residents and ratepayers with the opportunity to learn about Council operations and achievements, receive the Annual Report 2024/25, ask questions and move motions for Council consideration.
This is your chance to join the conversation and make your motion count. All public motions must be lodged in advance by 12noon Friday, January 30, 2026. Motions or questions raised at the meeting will only be accepted at the Presiding Member’s discretion.
