The City’s Advisory Groups provide input to the City and/or proposals relevant to the objective for which the Group was established.
Identifies issues and topics of importance in relation to the development and implementation of the City’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Members of the Advisory Group are:

The Aveley Community Advisory Group was established by legal agreement - the Vale Community Facilities and Services Agreement. The Agreement sets out the terms by which the Advisory Group is to operate.

Public event grants now available!
Grants of up to $20,000 are available to support the delivery of signature community events in Aveley.
Events can be, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- Culture and arts
- Sport and recreation
- Health and wellbeing
- Youth and community development
