Community grants fund initiatives that strengthen the community through participation, development, inclusion and sustainability.
If you have a project or program that will enhance the lives of Swan residents, you can tell us about it via the EOI button below.
Your EOI will need to highlight how your project will:
- maximise community benefit
- address real issues
- most meaningfully impact Swan residents.
If your EOI fits the above priorities and indicates that you're capable of delivering on your ideas, then we will ask you to complete a full application.
We aim to confirm whether we'd like you to progress to a full application within 21 business days, or four weeks. Full applications will be assessed around eight weeks from the date you submit. These response times are impacted by program demand, and are not guaranteed.
For successful applicants, payment can take City teams up to 30 days to process from the date you return a signed Agreement and invoice.
In the current grants climate, we strongly recommend planning contingencies for the possibility that your application is not successful, that you’re awarded less than requested, or that you’re awarded after event or project commencement if successful.
