Ellenbrook Basketball Courts Mural Installation – May 2026

Following community engagement with 244 participants, the City has appointed artists Kyle Hughes-Odgers and Chris Nixon from Moving Colour Studio to deliver a new mural at the Ellenbrook basketball courts.

Installation will take place over about 2-3 weeks, starting on Monday, May 4, 2026. During this time, access to the courts will be temporarily restricted to allow the artwork to be safely completed.

The mural reflects what the community told us they value most bringing together energetic, vibrant colours and flowing patterns that suggest movement and connection.

We look forward to unveiling the mural once complete.
