The great thing about our libraries is that you don't need to join to use the facilities. However, if you'd like to borrow items or use the public computers, you need to become a member.
You’ll find it easy to borrow, reserve and renew your loans and manage your details online. If you can't come to us, we'll come to you.
Joining one of our libraries is free and easy. Anyone is welcome to become a City of Swan library member, including temporary residents and visitors. If you'd like to be an active member of our libraries, you'll need to comply with our Membership Guidelines.(PDF, 66KB)
