Join us for this peer-led program to connect with other parents and share experiences in a supportive environment. Run by trained parent facilitators and supported by an EPEC practitioner, these sessions focus on making parents feel seen and heard while exploring practical strategies that support families.Attendees will have the opportunity to build meaninful connections, take time for yourself, strengthen family relationships and learn simple, everyday parenting strategies.
