Fruit and Vegetable Printing Workshop

Event description

In this playful printmaking workshop, participants will use paint-covered fruits and vegetables to create colourful prints and unexpected textures.

From the rings of an onion to the shapes of a capsicum, every print reveals unique patterns that can inspire new ideas and stories.

Once the prints have dried, participants will look closely at the shapes and marks they've created, just like finding pictures in clouds. Using pens and markers, they can transform their prints into creatures, landscapes, characters or anything else their imagination discovers.

This hands-on workshop combines printmaking, drawing and creative storytelling while encouraging curiosity, experimentation and imaginative thinking.

Suitable for young creatives aged 5 - 12 years old.
