Grow, connect and volunteer at Friendship Central

Event description

Join the Swan Volunteer Resource Centre and Growing Friends Society to celebrate the new Friendship Central Community Hub. Friendship Central is located in West Swan and will be home to a permaculture garden that also includes a cafe, marketplace and community hang-out.

This community event is aimed at volunteers and green thumbs who enjoy gardening, being outdoors and community connection. Attendees will take part in propagating trees which will eventually be grown at the Friendship Central garden. There may even be some spare cuttings for you to take home and plant in your own garden.

A light lunch will be provided at the end of the event.
