About the presenter Pauline Tarrant 

Pauline is the founder of the award-winning Pauline Tarrant Consulting and Human Resources For Good networking and learning event series. She has a passion for helping small businesses and has served as an elected member in local government, as well as providing consulting services within the sector.

Pauline works with clients across a range of industries in Western Australia and beyond. She supports organisations to refine their business approach, including people and culture practices, to achieve sustained high performance. Her procurement experience includes contractor management, supplier development, probity, social procurement, contract design and risk management.

With more than 20 years of experience in training and facilitation. Pauline holds a master’s in human resource management from Bristol Business School and is qualified in administering the Lominger Leadership Architect, Hay Job Evaluation, Dominance Influence Steadiness Conscientiousness profiles and Click! Colours.  She holds Prince2 Project Management qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Pauline is also a licensed Inquiry Agent and Investigator with a Certificate III in Investigative Services.
